AT Conference Acquires Mix Meeting's Conferencing Division

AT Conference's extensive suite of conference call and web conferencing services will now be available to Mix Meeting customers.

NEW YORK - AT Conference, Inc., a leading provider of conference call and web conferencing services, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Mix Meeting LLC's Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based conferencing division.

AT Conference is pleased to provide it's new clients with an extended suite of conferencing services including electronic billing, international toll-free access, usage reports, operator-assisted services and 24 hour support.

Lautz said that Mix Meeting will focus on continuing the rapid growth of their wholesale VoIP services division once the transition of the conferencing customers to AT Conference is complete. Mix Meeting added wholesale VoIP termination and origination services to its telecom product suite in 2007 and now routes over one billion minutes of voice traffic annually.

The financials of the acquisition were not disclosed as both companies are privately held.
