NEW YORK - AT Conference today announced it has completed the installation of a Compunetix CONTEX Summit™ media processor at its One Summer Street colocation facility in Boston, MA.
CONTEX Summit is feature-rich Concentrated Media Processor (CMP) delivering a higher level of clarity to conference calls, enhanced security capabilities, web-based end user interfaces for complete conference management, and an open-system API allowing for in-house development of custom applications.
The 1,920 port CONTEX Summit installation bolsters AT Conference's strategy for future growth in the conferencing services industry in terms of capacity while also giving the company the flexibility to develop applications that will significantly improve customer experience and support staff efficiencies.
