AT Conference Introduces New Music On Hold Options

Customers May Now Select from Multiple Music Selections

NEW YORK - AT Conference, a leading provider of conference call services, today announced the release of new options for music on hold. Users will now have the ability to personalize their conference lines by choosing from a variety of music on hold selections. Genres include classical, rock, jazz, new age and country. There is also a classical option with a promotional voice-over that will enable customers to earn referral rewards.

According to a CNN survey, approximately 60 percent of callers will hang up within 40 seconds if placed on a silent hold. About 30 percent of these callers will not call back. Multiple studies have also shown that hold music has a direct impact on one's perception of time, as well as the amount of time a person is willing to wait on hold.

The new music on hold options are being introduced in response to customer feedback, and as part of an ongoing effort to personalize and enhance the AT Conference user experience.

"We take all customer feedback and suggestions into consideration, and were excited to introduce these new options to our users," said AT Conference CEO David Jannetti. "The new music on hold selections make for a more unique and personalized experience, while also giving customers yet another way to earn referral rewards."
