At AT Conference we know that no matter how good our services are, if our network is not up when you need it, it's useless. Because of this understanding, we've worked very hard to build our system architecture with the most sophisticated technology in the industry.
AT Conference is prepared for a wide range of problems including power outages and fiber and line cuts. Our engineers have built for us a self-healing SONET ring. For more information on this type of network, please visit the International Engineering Consortium web site.
Because redundancy is our friend, all voice traffic is supported by two local-exchange carriers and two long-distance carriers. In-house, we have more port capacity than most of our conferencing competitors.
It is of utmost importance to us that we deliver to you a secure and reliable network, and the promise that we've got everything covered.
AT Conference Clients Continue Conferencing During 2003 Blackout
On August 14, 2003 America experienced the Northeast Blackout, a catastrophic electrical outage that paralyzed the Eastern Seaboard and beyond. Thanks to our disaster recovery plan and redundancy systems, our network did not even blink. Not one minute of service was disrupted. Our clients around the world were able to continue conferencing, even though AT Conference was headquartered near the geographical center of this business disaster.
