Company Background
AT Conference is a privately held audio and web conferencing company founded in 1999. We are headquartered in Southampton, New York with operations in Massachusetts, Nevada, California, Florida and Georgia.
With over 50,000 active users, AT Conference has become a leading provider of conference call and online meeting services. Our primary service, Reservationless Conference Calling, sets the standard for cost-effective, on-demand phone conferencing services. Our Operator-Assisted Conference Calls and Web Conferencing services complete a suite of services that can meet any conferencing need.
Since our inception we have shown both consistent and dramatic growth. Over a four-year period AT Conference achieved a growth rate of 754% and in 2004 this fact was recognized by a place on the prestigious Inc. 500 for fastest growing companies. AT Conference ranked #181 on this very select list.
Good corporate citizenry and unwavering customer support are tremendously important to AT Conference. We have worked hard over the years to create a corporate personality of honesty, character, reliability and trustworthiness. These characteristics are evidenced by the many and varied positive relationships that we have built, with clients, employees and other corporate entities.
None of this would matter at all if AT Conference did not have an impeccably designed, reliable network. We employ the most sophisticated technology in the industry, managed by some of IT's finest minds. Because of this we are prepared for all problems including major power outages and disaster scenarios. This fact was supremely demonstrated on August 14, 2003 when a significant part of North America's electrical grid went down. That day, not one minute of AT Conference's services were interrupted.
AT Conference looks forward with great enthusiasm to continued growth and expansion into new areas as technology allows and customer needs dictate.
David Jannetti, President and CEO
As President, CEO and founder, David Jannetti has grown AT Conference from a small, grass-roots company in 1999 into a multi-million dollar industry leader.
David brings more than 14 years of telecom experience to AT Conference. Previously, as a founding partner of NikoNET, Inc., he served as Director of Sales and built a successful $14 million unified messaging business. Clients included CitiGroup, Chase, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
Founding AT Conference in 1999, Jannetti invested in the hardware and facilities to stand out in an industry that exploded in 2001. Since purchasing the original conferencing equipment, AT Conference's call volume has increased 30-fold - the equivalent of doing a month's worth of call volume each day.
AT Conference's customer retention rate is above 95% and most customers migrate from telecom giants like Sprint, MCI and AT&T. One thing Jannetti attributes this phenomenon to, “New clients quickly realize the cost benefit and are pleasantly surprised to get old-fashioned customer service.”
Both on the corporate and personal level, David is a firm believer in the power and significance of supporting charities. He personally supports organizations dedicated to cancer research and helping terminally ill children. On the corporate level, AT Conference supports and donates to several charities including Make-A-Wish, the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund, The Child Abuse Prevention Council, Children International and the local Food Pantry.
